1. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.
2. How long does shipping take?
- Latvia: 1-2 working days
- Estonia & Lithuania: 2-3 working days
3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and undamaged items. Contact us at info@unipet.lv to start the return process.
4. How will I be notified of my order confirmation?
Upon successfully placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with all relevant details. If you do not receive this email, kindly check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
5. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@unipet.lv with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfers only. Instructions for payment will be provided during checkout.
